CCC PRESENTS “CAPTURING CAP RATE AT COSENTINO”

Contractors Closers & Connections (CCC) of Washington DC is looking forward to hosting its first event of 2024 at Cosentino’s gorgous Marble Showroom.

The intent behind the creation of the CCC was to offer a platform that would encourage long-lasting relationships driven through high-energy, in-person interactions while enjoying a one-of-kind networking experience in some of the most exclusive destination venues in the DMV.

Our patrons are responsible for millions of square feet of commercial real estate from the development, transaction, and to the management. We prioritize our patrons experience by creating a balanced forum made up of all the instrumental players spanning across 5-verticals:

Development, Investment, Brokerage, Management, & Construction. 

We look forward to you joining us and sharing insight and quality experiences amongst many of Washington DC’s CRE elite. We believe a unique and upscale environment bending top-shelf spirits, cigars, and professionally catered appetizers is complement for sparking collaboration.

To give back, a portion of the proceeds from each CCC event go directly to benefit a local Real Estate Program at one of the many universities in the area. This event we will be supporting George Mason University –Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship
